Real estate has been part of my life since forever – long before it became a business, before it became a platform, before it became HILINE.
It began in construction. In learning how concrete sets, how structures bear load, how buildings age. That grounding shaped everything that followed – because you cannot truly develop what you do not deeply understand.
Over three decades, I have watched Pakistan’s real estate market grow in ambition but remain inconsistent in discipline. Projects launched without rigour. Value promised without a plan. Investors left with assets that depreciate rather than perform.
That gap is what HILINE was built to close.
We are not here to simply develop property. We are here to build assets – spaces that generate income, hold value, and serve people across generations.
